In view of the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, CityU library will be fully open from August 24, 2020 (Monday), the opening hours and service contents are as follows:

1. To ensure the health of readers, Preventive disinfections in library, literature resources and equipment are conducted on a regular basis.

2. Readers must wear mask and take temperature screening before entering library. Do not gather and discuss. Read and stay quietly. Please approach circulation counter if you have any questions.

3. All services and the library's collection area, reading area, multimedia information area, and discussion rooms are all reopened for services.

4. According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, the library will control the flow of readers and less than 170 readers in the library at the same time.

5. Books borrowed before the winter recess can be returned within one month after semester starts, Overdue fees for these books will be waived during this period.

6. Equipment (laptops, IPADs) can be loaned, but only for use on campus; one can be borrowed per card. Please return it before closing. For more detail, please refer to“Borrowing Regulations of Electronic Devices”.

7. Opening hours: (Library & Information Services－Royal Centre and Graduate Library & Information Services－Golden Dragon Centre are temporarily closed)

Kindly reminder:

To protect the health of readers, disinfectants are placed at the library entrance and the circulation counter, there are also book sterilizers in the library. Feel free to use if you needed.
